The 2014 Potomac Regional Veterinary Conference offers up to 18 hours of small animal, equine and public practice continuing education in each tract. NEW this year: Practice Management sessions on Friday and Technician sessions on Saturday.

The Hyatt Regency, Inner Harbor is sold out. An overflow room block has been reserved at the Hilton Baltimore for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, November 6, 7 and 8. The Hilton Baltimore is located at 401 West Pratt Street. The room rate is $219.00 single/double, plus applicable taxes. To make reservations at the Hilton, please call 443-573-8700. The Hilton will honor the $219 rate until October 19,2014.

Parking: For overnight hotel guests, parking is $14 per day in the hotel parking deck. Valet parking is also available for an additional cost. If you are not staying at the hotel, the hotel offers a $10 rate to those who are in by 9:00am and out by 6:00pm. Otherwise, 5+ hours of parking is $28/day.

Speaker Proceedings: Speaker proceedings will be available on the VVMA website prior to the conference for those who wish to print the notes ahead of time. Please note that there will not be internet access in the meeting rooms, so please download the notes prior to the conference. Printed speaker notes are available for purchase on the registration form and can be picked up at the onsite conference registration desk.
