Williamsburg, VA: Middle Plantation Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative family oriented team in beautiful Williamsburg, VA. What we are looking for: Active Virginia license (required), strong technical and anesthesia skills, excellent communication and client education abilities, self motivated with a positive team first mindset, organized, reliable and detailed-oriented.
What you'll do: Venipuncture & IV catheter placement, patient assessment & vital monitoring, lab diagnostics, anesthesia induction and monitoring, surgical assisting, dental prophylaxis & charting, radiology, hospitalized patient care, medication administration, educate clients, manage accurate and detailed medical records, patient admissions and discharges, guide and support veterinary assistants & kennel staff.
