About Our Speaker: Rebekah Green is an associate attorney with Altmiller Law in their litigation section located in Tysons, VA. Rebekah focuses her practice in real estate, business, contract, estate, and land use transactional and litigation matters.
Rebekah deals with legal issues for businesses and individuals, including review and drafting of contracts, deeds, deeds of trust, promissory notes, leases, estate planning documents, and business formation documents. Rebekah represents businesses and individuals in litigation matters including real estate, business, land use, and estate disputes.
Additionally, fulfilling her passion for animals and animal welfare, Rebekah represents veterinary professionals and animal non-profit associations in structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting, lease review and drafting, and litigation.
Prior to and while attending law school, Rebekah worked as a paralegal and then law clerk at several law firms in Virginia, resulting in over 16 years of legal experience.
A graduate of the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, Rebekah served as Editor-In-Chief for the Catholic University Law Review (the first-ever Catholic University evening student Editor-in-Chief). Rebekah also is an adjunct professor at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School.
Rebekah enjoys spending time spoiling her dogs and traveling.
